Video player resolver tests

Each pair isolates one "Resolve Link" method. All pages embed the same clip (mov_bbb.mp4). The "-2" variant adds a runtime session token to the URL, like a real site's signed stream link.

• static-html-test.html - static-html-regex only
• static-html-test-2.html - same, with a session token
• network-sniff-test.html - browser-network-sniff only
• network-sniff-test-2.html - same, with a session token
• dom-scan-test.html - browser-dom-scan (network-sniff will likely also succeed here)
• dom-scan-test-2.html - same, with a session token
